Our concrete ESG commitments

In 2017 the first Café Joyeux was set up in Rennes, employing and training people, mainly with Down's syndrome or cognitive disorders such as autism.
Sensitive to the subject of social inclusion and solidarity, Balzac REIM has chosen to participate in the development of Café Joyeux, which contributes to the inclusion of people with mental and cognitive disabilities.
By 2022, 1000 companies directly or indirectly participate in the Café Joyeux project as clients or consuming their products.

Created in 2017, Cycles de l'Immobilier is an association whose aim is to promote cycling among European real estate professionals, while at the same time donating funds collected to charities within the real estate, construction and education sectors.
Convinced by the benefits of sport for an individual's health and well-being (a large part of our team has been cycling on electric bikes for the past three years), Balzac REIM has taken the initiative of becoming a bronze sponsor of the association for the next 3 years.
Amongst the 70 cyclists who will ride from Paris to the Mipim in Cannes (1,000 kms in 5 days), Balzac REIM employee will take part to support the three associations "Vaincre la Mucovisidose "Se Tendre la Main", and "Les Architectes de l'Urgence". The aim of this event is to raise €100.000.
These initiatives are an opportunity to put the business considerations aside in order to carry out a concrete action in support of causes that are close to our hearts.

Balzac REIM has joined the 900 members of the association “Les amis d’Arthur”, which aims to promote the inclusion of people with autism and to change the way our society views this disability.
