Balzac REIM acquired “21 Rue de Berri” for and on behalf of one of its international investors from the Middle East in Q3 2019. We advised the investor on the acquisition of the property and we oversee all aspects of property asset management and corporate property management.
21 Rue de Berri is a fully refurbished grade A building in the heart of Paris built ground and 7 floors, completely renovated, and which gives pride to beautiful volumes, light, and natural materials.
